Very excited to play my third year at Lamp Light Music Festival, here in Grand Rapids. Unlike most festivals, we won't be playing on a huge stage outside. This festival is unique in that musicians play in living rooms, dining rooms and basements of homes in the Eastown Neighborhood. This provides an intimate and stripped back experience for the audience and the performer.

I've played the last two years and had such a magical time doing so. I wanted to up my game, so I've assemble a mighty force of string players to give my tunes some extra sauce. Miss Coop De Ville herself aka Samantha Cooper will be playing violin and filling out the harmonies. My old schoolyard friend on loan from The Rainbow Seekers, Josh Holcomb will be holding it down on the viola. And Julia Toro of Miraj will be keeping us grounded with some gorgeous cello licks. We'll be totally unplugged and upfront. Guys, I think we're gonna melt your hearts.

We play 11:30pm  Saturday at the Brick House.
Check out the long list of amazing acts playing this weekend.
